Children for sure!
They are such joyous frolicking beings. Nothing could keep them from their happiness.
They also come back to their joy, faster than adults. They don't bear grudges, or dwell on seeming injustices for long. They are always in a hurry to return to Joy.
I really love that about kids, and I aspire to be that way too.

I make the decision first and foremost to be happy.
Followed by taking some action on things that will support my decision.
Baking a cake vs grocery shopping.
Grocery shopping vs housecleaning.
Depends on what action will be make me happIER in the moment.
Easiest way, is to simply make a decision and line up with it!
